What is a Customer?

A Customer ID will give the user the ability to see into each quality Event assigned to the customer ID. This would include an electronic record of each shift, current cumulative count of the entire event with pictures, charts, comments and all custom field data if applicable. All this is available 24/7 globally to all interested parties to find quick corrective actions. Data will be available to customers as it is being saved in real time and marked as approved or unapproved to alert Customer of data review status by Supervisor or Supplier partner. This ID will offer the ability to:

 

  • See events assigned by Administrator
  • Review of Worker(s) Data – Ability to drill down into each shift and review data globally
  • Review pictures and notes associated to your Quality Event.
  • Overall ability to Review all Data acquired from the Event, including Images and Charts.

This would include an electronic record of each shift, current cumulative part count of the entire event (Good/Bad) with pictures, comments and associated part serial numbers if applicable. All this is available 24/7 globally to all interested parties to find quick corrective actions. Data will be available to customers as it is being saved in real time and marked as approved or unapproved to alert Customer of data review status by Supervisor or Supplier partner. This ID will offer the ability to:
