What is a Supervisor?

The primary responsibility of the Supervisor is to account for, and approve all worker inputs from time to data acquired during the shift. The Supervisor will only see events assigned by the Administrator. This ID Offers the ability to:

• Assigns Workers to the events
• Issues ID’s to new Workers
• Review of Worker(s) Data – Ability to drill down into each shift and review data,  local or not, from pictures and notes to serial numbers.
•  Approval of inspection data collected by Worker(s).
•  Approval of hours logged by Worker(s).
• Shift Approval adding a second layer of approval from the field.
• Overall ability to Review, Edit and Approve all Data acquired from the Event.
• Create Events. If a Quality Issue needs immediate attention the Supervisor has the ability to open an Event (if authorized by your Admin).
