What is a Worker?

Our mission starts with the data collection effort. The Worker ID is the “Boots on the Ground” for Data collection. Multiple Workers can contribute to one event or quality inspection activity regardless of complexity or location. From Parts and Boxes to Yard Purges to machine audits, if it can be scanned or inputted we can track and share the data globally. With much to do and parts to review our screens have been optimized for all devices including mobile. Our clients have the option to use the intuitive built-in barcode scanner or pair with an external barcode scanner that can read the type or barcode you are scanning.   This ID offers the ability to: 

• Ability to add images, defects, notes associated any assigned quality event. A picture is worth a thousand words, especially when linked to a serial number…
• Review of most recent boxes or parts while in process to ensure nothing is missed  
• Separate login to ensure accountability of all data collection and Data entry.
• Worker will only see events assigned by Supervisor or Administrator
• Workers add start and end times of themselves and Worker Companions (individuals that may not have logins but are part of the data collection effort).
